RETURNS / REFUND POLICY

I am a small business and as all prints and products are made to order and cannot be resold, all sales are final and non-refundable. However if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 14 calendar days from the date of the delivery of item and I will of course be happy to help fix any issues. The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund or replacement:- – Product is defective or damaged – Product is not as described – Incorrect product received – Product does not arrive In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, images and video must be supplied to verify. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. The full order Number, customer name and address provided on the order.
