Hurling is one Ireland’s national sports and indigenous to the country. The ‘sliotar’ (the ball) is controlled by the ‘hurley’ which is sculpted from the root of the ash tree (Ash Colour Clash).
Responsibly sourced FSC-certified wood is used for the stretcher bars. This ensures the canvas will be a long-lasting and high-quality product. This canvas has a slim thickness. Slim canvases have approximately 20mm / 2cm / 0.8″ thick wood stretcher bar.
